Design of the first and second stages of the new entrance to Falavarjan city

Client: General Directorate of Highways and Road Transport of Isfahan Province
Contract start date: 2018-03-27
Brief description:
The first and second phase studies of the non-level intersection at the entrance to Falavarjan city began in cooperation with the Isfahan Provincial Road Administration and Road Transport Organization and Sepahan Comprehensive Engineering Consulting Company as the project consultant with the conclusion of a contract in 2017, and the process of their studies and designs has been completed. The unsafe condition of access to the cities of Falavarjan and Kalishad on both sides of the Zob-Ahan Highway, due to the lack of a suitable and safe access system, has led to the need to create a suitable connection between these two cities, as well as the possibility of access to the Zob-Ahan Highway, which has made it necessary and essential for residents and local officials to design and implement such an intersection at the predicted location, and the study process is being implemented and completed.
The design of the non-level intersection at the entrance to Falavarjan-Kalishad includes a concrete ring road with a three-lane hollow slab system along with 6 ramps, 4 of which lead to the Zob-Ahan-Isfahan Freeway and 2 other ramps to the city of Falavarjan-Kalishad.
