The consultant was informed that the overall goal of implementing these systems at the provincial level is to increase irrigation efficiency, increase the cultivated area of ​​land by increasing efficiency and reducing water consumption, uniform plant growth and increasing their performance, and also to use this system to spread liquid fertilizers on the farm level, and ultimately achieve optimal use of water and soil resources and achieve higher efficiency with the help of mechanized cultivation. For this purpose, after the contractor starts the implementation operations, the consultant will control the proper implementation of the above operations by performing the following operations during the supervision stages and, if necessary, notify the contractor of the necessary warnings.

Description of activities carried out by the supervision department:

1- Continuous presence of resident supervisors at the project sites.

2- Continuous communication of supervisors with water and soil officials of the Agricultural Jihad and project managers of the project.

3- Detailed review of the plans notified to the consultant and extraction of the design flaws and deficiencies.
4- Reviewing the provided preliminary factors in terms of quantity and quality, etc.

Excel software was used to control pressurized irrigation plans, which, in addition to speeding up the control operations, increases the accuracy of the control of these operations.
